Plot Blurb: Joe’s budding romance with Vanessa Bender is soon threatened when his life is in danger. Can Frank save his brother before it’s too late?

Splash Page: Frank quickly scrambled to his feet and ran over to the railing. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Biff run up beside him. Frank and Biff leaned over the railing, not wanting to see Joe’s crumpled and bloodied form.

“Joe,” sighed Frank with relief as he stared into his brother’s blue eyes.

The mall was decorated for Halloween. When Joe was thrown over he managed to grab hold of an orange and black banner.

“Hi Frank!” Joe grinned up at his brother, but his grin faltered when they heard a tearing sound.

“Biff, help me pull up the banner before it tears anymore! Once Joe is close enough, grab hold of his belt and haul him over!”

“Be careful, Frank – I don’t want you falling over too!”

“Don’t worry about us, just hang on,” said Frank.
