 Has anyone been having problems getting to the board? I'll be on it fine one minute and the next I can't access anything. It last for seconds or hours. It's been like this for me for the last couple of days Anywone else experiencing it, or is my computer possessed?:confused:

It does it to me every now and then... but I'm never entirely sure what problems are sites and what is just my computer being idiotic :p It's going in to be fixed tomorrow, yay!

Our provider is having some issues with their server. Rokia is trying to sort the problem out, but it's slow going. You're all going to have to bear with it until they can pin the problem down. I know, it's annoying!

No worries, I was just wondering if my laptop was in need of some flying lessons is all. Because if it's gone all wonky on me again I'm chucking it out the window! :p

Hi Everyone! If you the site is giving you problems or going slow could you please email me at joehardysgirl at yahoo dot com. Let me know what time it went down so I can let rokia know and she can then go yell at the provider!:D

Yes please.

The more reports I can record, the more likely we can get something done about it...

Okay, the problem I am facing is so strange that it is worth sharing.:p So I might as well share while I have a chance.

The problem is.. I am able to access this forum only for first 2-3 minutes after I connect to the net. After that it starts giving me the illusion that the required page is being opened but the page never appears.

It is like, I get only 2 min to roam around the galleries of the HDA forum and my time starts as soon as I connect to the net. There is no such problem with any other site.

Anyway else facing the same? I had deleted all the cookies and cache to solve the problem but it did not help.

I am anyway having trouble with this computer from last 2-3 days and this particular problem is making matter worse when it comes to visiting this site.

By the way, this time it is somehow allowing me much more than 2 minutes but I know I cannot be sure that the problem is solved. Since such a 'now very rare' thing has happened before only to get back to its previous condition.

I had a very similar strange thing happen to me once. I was having problems at work accessing certain pages - like my IMs, my account pages, and it would let me write messages, but wouldn't post them up.

What I did was to upgrade my 'flash' player. Give that a go, that might fix it.:)

Thiner flash player, I say!

What a surprise. *makes hmph noise, in slight indentation.*

*sigh* No one should let me have internet access when I'm not.... er, exactly in my most sober of mindsets!

I deleted my other post, but I'll leave this one. It's less offensive. <g>

I don't understand how 'the problem' disappears only to resurface later. There is no problem this time.

Um.. I am not sure. This site does not use Flash player so how can that be a problem?

Anyway, how to upgrade the flash player? I had downloaded it from its site only about two months back.

If you've updating it that recently, that won't be the problem Ritu. You've gotten me beat. Perhaps one of the more net-heads could offer some advice, like Spencer.

SPENCER...YOU'RE NEEDED!:D
